1. Vista users need to run as admin for game to work correctly. This means you need click the Nerts High Speed Card Game folder under the start menu. then right click on Nerts High Speed Card Game (the app). then click on the run as administartor 2. problem-getting msvbm60.dll Answer -Requires VB6 runtime Available at MicroSoft 3. Can't Exit game or run multiplayer - Need to allow Chatserver.exe and Nerts High Speed Card Game through on your firewall. 4. Troubles with game... Uninstall the game... Update to newer version.. Available Here.... 5. Program corrupted... Uninstall from the Program folder... Download the latest Version here... Reinstall (this is caused by a bug in the copy protection). Note: you need to uninstall completely for this to work... 6. Problem-.Certain Serial numbers cause game to crash. Answer- download latest version from this site. This issue is fixed. 7. Error 5- Can be caused from DirectDraw issues with your graphics card. (DirectX 8 or above required). This can pop up when 2 video cards are in use and one is not configured properly. 8. Newer Versions of the game check serial numbers.... They do allow you to add one nonowner to the batch. But not any duplicate serial numbers.(Note this was messed up in V1.12)

Problem- users using Desktop Icon... Leaves Shutdown Icon on Desktop Answer- Right click on Icon-properties- shortcut tab- inside the "start in" box put the below text "C:\Program Files\Nerts High Speed Card Game\" or the folder that points to the game if custom install. Remember the quotes. 11.Problem- Requires a dll(v1.14 only). Answer- Upgrade to v1.15 ... A dll was accidentally referenced some people don't have. |
